Abstract

Tobacco leaf discs were transformed with a plasmid pBIBnNHX1, containing the selectable marker neomycin phosphotransferase gene (nptII) and Na+/H+ vacuolar antiporter gene from Brassica napus (BnNHX1), via Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation.
