To investigate the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) in epithelial ovarian cancer and it's clinical significance. Thirty-two samples of ovarian cancer were examined for uPAR expression by SP immunohistochemical methods. The positive rate of uPAR expression in ovarian cancer was 68.7% and the negative rate was 31.3% . Most of the positive orientated in the cytoplasm, minority in the membrane.
