Background: Thrombospondin1 (THBS1), Cystene-rich protein 61 (Cyr61) and Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) are all involved in the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) signal pathway, which plays an important role in the tumorigenesis.
