Cebocephaly is a very rare craniofacial abnormality defined by a tubular nose with a single median nostril and ocular hypotelorism noted almost exclusively in association with alobar holoprosencephaly. Because of the additional presence of a median cleft lip, this case report may represent a transitional form of facial dysmorphism in the well-established spectrum of facial defects associated with holoprosencephaly.
