This paper presents an experimental study of liquid-liquid partitioning of protein from aqueous two phase systems of polymer-polymer and polymer-salt systems. The polymer-polymer system consisted of polyethylene glycol (PEG) Dextran (Dex), the polymer-salt system consisted of polyethylene glycol (PEG) Sodium Sulphate salt (Na2SO4) and the protein used was Bovine Serum Albumin. Different parameters were studied on the partitioning of Bovine Serum Albumin from the aqueous solutions. These…
