AbstractBackground
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a risk factor for lung cancer (LC). Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) down-regulate the T cell receptor ζ chain (TCR ζ) through l-arginine deprivation and lead to T cell dysfunction and deficient antitumor immunity.
