We investigated whether endothelium-derived relaxing (EDRF) and hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF) is impaired in type 2 diabetic rats (Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rat) and whether the exercise training improves impaired EDRF and EDHF.
