  • ABSTRACT OSTEOPOROSIS IS A COMMON CONDITION THAT CAN AFFECT BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, TYPICALLY AFTER THE FOURTH DECADE OF LIFE. OFTEN, PHYSICIANS ADVISE PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH OSTEOPOROSIS TO EXERCISE, BUT FREQUENTLY OFFER NO SPECIFICS.
