We present a reconstruction in early data of the semileptonic decay B+ → πν, and first results of a reconstruction of the decays B+ → ρν and B0 → ρν in a sample corresponding to 62.8 fb−1 of Belle II data using hadronic B-tagging via the full-event-interpretation algorithm. We determine the total branching fractions via fits to the distribution of the square of the missing mass, and find B(B+ → πν) = (8.29 ± 1.99(stat) ± 0.46(syst)) ×10−5. We obtain 95% CL upper limits on the branching…

### Semileptonic b-->u decay.

• Physics
Physical review. D, Particles and fields
• 1990
It is argued that bound-state transition models are incomplete and should not be applied in phenomenological analyses of the electron end-point distribution and a realistic model is described which corrects these deficiencies and combines the better features of the quark-decay models and the bound- state models.
