This paper explored the effects of servant leadership on employees’ life satisfaction. In addition, it examined the mediating role of work engagement and organizational based self-esteem (OBSE) in this relationship. Data for this cross sectional survey study were collected from 160 Pakistani employees who were working on a full-time basis in a large tractor manufacturing company.
