BACKGROUND Unusual papulovesicular lesions resembling arthropod bites have been described in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). OBJECTIVE Our purpose was to describe and characterize further the clinical, histopathologic, and immunopathologic features of these lesions.
