The exact symbol error probability (SEP) performance ofM-ary cross quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) in additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and fading channels, including Rayleigh, Nakagami-m, Rice, and Nakagami-q (Hoyt) channels, is analyzed.
