AIM To evaluate the ex vivo efficacy of the EndoVac system and photodynamic treatment (PDT) as adjuncts to chemomechanical debridement associated with calcium hydroxide (CaOH2 ) in reducing the levels of intracanal Enterococcus faecalis.
