Three adolescents with clinical nephrotic-nephritic picture were noted to have diffuse proliferative and exudative glomerulonephritis. Although focal membranous changes were noted in two of the initial biopsies, evolution into classical membranous glomerulopathy was seen in subsequent biopsies.
