The purpose of the present study was to analyze the results of treatment and related problems in the Veterans Administration Mental Hygiene Clinic, Milwaukee, Wis. At the time the data for this study were collected (May 1950), the clinic had been functioning for over three and one-half years, and no comprehensive appraisal of its procedures and activities had ever been made.
