  • The α2 adrenoceptor antagonist idazoxan, when combined with a subeffective dose of the D2 receptor antagonist raclopride or other D2 receptor antagonists, produces inhibition of conditioned avoidance responding (CAR) in rats, an effect predictive of antipsychotic effects.
