The performance graph (PG) hydraulic routing method has been shown to be accurate, numerically efficient, and robust for unsteady flow routing. However, up to present, the PGs are constructed using one-dimensional (1D) steady flow models only, which are often questioned when simulating flows through complex bathymetries.
