Recently, there is increasing evidence suggesting that oxidative sperm DNA damage is closely associated with impaired sperm function and male infertility. 8-Hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) is considered to be a precise and sensitive biomarker of oxidative DNA damage.
