UNLABELLED The purpose of this study was to clarify the possibility of simultaneous evaluation of myocardial perfusion and fatty acid metabolism using a single injection of 123I-beta-methyl-p-iodophenyl-pentadecanoic acid (BMIPP) in patients with acute coronary syndromes.
