OBJECTIVES To determine whether intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM)-diffusion-weighted image (DWI)-derived parameters showed better diagnostic performance than the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC(total)) for the evaluation of hepatic fibrosis (HF).
