Biogas sludge, cowdung, poultry manure and fertilizer were used for the culturing of phytoplankton and plankton which served as food for the young fish in this experiment. Ponds were fertilized with organic and inorganic fertilizers; biogas sludge, cow dung and poultry manure was used at 250 t/ha/year and NPK fertilizer at 50t/ha/year . Physio-chemical analysis of water during the period was carried out. High productivity in plankton population was observed in fish pond enriched with NPK…
