To provide data for evaluation of a model known as FSCBG (Forest Service, Cramer, Barry, Grim), an optical tracer spray was aerially applied to a flat, grass covered area along a single flight line. FSCBG predictions were highly correlated with measurements of ground deposition and airborne spray flux, measured to a distance of 300 m downwind from the flightline.
