Urolithiasis is the third most common disorder of urinary system with high recurrence rate. It is concluded that parsley acts as antiurolithiatic drug through decreasing urinary calcium excretion, increasing urinary pH, dieresis, decreasing urinary protein excretion and its nephroprtective activity.
