RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES To compare three commercially available vacuum-assisted breast biopsy systems for tissue yield, length and fragmentation of specimens. MATERIALS AND METHODS Specimens were acquired from radiolucent (bacon) and radioopaque (turkey breast) tissue using three different commercially available vacuum-assisted breast biopsy devices.
