The aim of this study was to encapsulate the occlusion bodies (OBs) of Spodoptera frugiperda nucleopolyhedrovirus (SfNPV) in Eudragit S100 microparticles (MPs), considering this technique as a possible alternative to protect them from deleterious environmental conditions.
