Une nouvelle approche therapeutique est de moduler l'expression d'un gene en ciblant l'ARN messager par des oligonucleotides antisens et des siRNA. Nous avons etudie des formulations a base de lipides cationiques, formant des complexes particulaires avec les acides nucleiques (lipoplexes) et aux proprietes transfectantes.
