Ethnomedicinal Survey of Plants Used as Remedy for Alzheimer ’ s Disease in Ebonyi State , Nigeria

In the inventory, an ethnobotanical survey was carried out to document the plant families, species and parts of plants used in the management of Alzheimer’s disease. The result revealed that a total of 45 plant species from 29 families mostly of the Fabaceae (17.24%), Graminae (13.79%), Amaryllidaceae (10.35%) and Laminaceae (10.35%).
