Ethnic rhinoplasty is a complex procedure, particularly with respect to the nasal tip, that has a revision rate that is significantly higher than the rate for Caucasian surgery. Multiple authors have discussed what they propose as the ideal technique combinations in non-Caucasian rhinoplasty.
