Abstract

Ethanol (1.5 g/kg i.v.) was found to decrease spontaneous complex spike (CS) activity in cerebellar Purkinje cells in urethane anaesthetized rats while not changing the threshold required to evoke a CS by juxtafastigial stimulation.
