El escribir de forma colaborativa un texto no es una tarea facil. No solo implica colocar a un grupo de personas en torno a una actividad comun, es necesario definir estrategias que garanticen una verdadera adopcion y apropiacion de la misma por parte de los integrantes del grupo. Esta propuesta presenta los componente de la estrategia de adopcion de la iniciativa de libros de Texto Abiertos elaborada en el marco del proyecto LATIn (LatinAmerican Open Textbook initiative).
