Abstract

Only those waves for which (k1./k) ~ (.:lk~/k) ::::::= (k"An) are initially unstable, and after e-folding many times the spectrum is even more strongly peaked such that k1. ~ ok1. = .:lk~/(2R) 1, where R is the number of e-folds through which the wave amplitude has gone before reaching the equilibrium spectrum.
