BACKGROUND & AIMS Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection has been associated with some cases of gastric cancer. METHODS We studied a case of early onset gastric adenocarcinoma after nonmyeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for myeloma in a 56-year-old man.
