Introduction Several side effects have been associated with the anti-convulsant benzodiazepinone, Clonazepam. The side effects most frequently reported were drowsiness (affecting 3 percent to 95 percent of the patients), ataxia (4 percent to 79 percent), and behavioral changes (2 percent to 5 percent), the latter found primarily in children.
