The epigenetic modulation by histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors including trichostatin A (TSA) has been known to block cell proliferation, induce apoptosis and inhibit cell migration in human cancer cells that represents the potential therapeutic agents for cancers and fibrosis.
