Hepatitis C is an infectious disease of liver caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV). This study was to examine the epidemiological, serological and molecular analysis of hepatitis C virus infection in different risk groups. Fifty patients were selected in which thirty two were females and eighteen were males. All patients were tested by different methods such as immunochromatographic method, ELISA and PCR.
