Eosinophilic granuloma of the spine.


Twenty patients treated for eosinophilic granuloma of the spine were studied. Only 40% demonstrated the classical radiographic picture of vertebra plana. In 60% a lytic lesion of the vertebral body or the posterior elements was found.
