In two women (26 and 28 years old), because of inflammatory micturitional difficulties and general worsening, cystoscopy was carried out. A grape-like tumor, bimanually palpable, was seen at the vesical fundus. Microscopically, it proved to be an eosinophilic granuloma, not a tumor. Based on these observations and a study of the few cases in the literature, clinical aspects, histology, diagnosis and therapy are discussed.
