BACKGROUND Peripheral neuropathy in Fabry disease predominantly involves small nerve fibers. Recently, enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) with recombinant human alpha-galactosidase A has become available. OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether ERT improves Fabry neuropathy.
