Aim To investigate the enzyme kinetics of (-) 3 S ,4 R ,5 R ,6 S clausenamide[(-) Clau] and (+) 3 R ,4 S ,5 S ,6 R clausenamide[(+) Clau] catalyzed by rat liver microsomes and compare their stereoselective differences. Methods An in vitro metabolic system was built by using rat liver microsomes and NADPH generating system.
