In October, 1995, an Environmental Design Charrette (EDC) was held at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. This EDC was part of a larger American Institute of Architects project of 15 other charrettes held throughout the US and linked together via modem. Experts were placed at the various sites to assist with the process at both a local and a national level.
