Abstract We analytically evaluate the entanglement spectra of the superconductivity states in graphene, primarily focusing on the s-wave and chiral dx2-y2 + idxy superconductivity states. We demonstrate that the topology of the entanglement Hamiltonian can differ from that of the subsystem Hamiltonian. In particular, the topological properties of the entanglement Hamiltonian of the chiral dx2-y2 + idxy superconductivity state obtained by tracing out one spin direction clearly differ from those…
Entanglement spectrum of graphene systems
In the present thesis, the properties of the entanglement spectra of the ground state of graphene bilayers Bernal-stacked is analytically investigated. In addition, the entanglement spectra of the
Mixed Pairing States of Honeycomb Model

Entanglement spectrum of topological insulators and superconductors.
It is proved an exact relation between the ground state entanglement spectrum of such a system and the spectrum edge modes of the corresponding spectrally flattened Hamiltonian, and it is shown that gapless edge modes result in degeneracies of the entangled spectrum.

An efficient approach to investigate entanglement in superconductors or, more generally, in quadratic fermionic Hamiltonians with pairing interactions is established.
Topological entanglement in Abelian and non-Abelian excitation eigenstates.
Entanglement spectrum of the FQH quasihole (QH) excitations is shown to differentiate between the conformal field theory (CFT) sectors, based on the relative position of the QH with respect to the entanglement cut.
Superconducting states of pure and doped graphene.
The possibility of a superconducting state in metal coated graphene is discussed and two spin singlet pairing states are found; s wave and an exotic p+ip that is possible because of the special structure of the honeycomb lattice.
Topological Superconductivity in Two Dimensions with Mixed Chirality
We find a mixed chirality d-wave superconducting state in the coexistence region between antiferromagnetism and interaction-driven superconductivity in lightly doped honeycomb materials. This state
Entanglement spectrum and entanglement thermodynamics of quantum Hall bilayers at ν = 1
We study the entanglement spectra of bilayer quantum Hall systems at total filling factor ν=1. In the interlayer-coherent phase at layer separations smaller than a critical value, the entanglement
Momentum-space entanglement spectrum of bosons and fermions with interactions.
It is found that the entanglement gap observed in Thomale et al. depends on the scaling dimension of the conformal field theory as varied by the XXZ anisotropy, and how these shifted transition points in theEntanglement spectra may support the numerical study of phase transitions in the momentum space density matrix renormalization group.
Entanglement spectra of quantum Heisenberg ladders.
This work analyzes the entanglement spectrum of gapped two-leg quantum Heisenberg ladders on a periodic ribbon partitioned into two identical periodic chains, stating a direct correspondence between the low-energy entangler spectrum of a partitioned system and the true spectrum of the virtual edges.
Entanglement spectra of Heisenberg ladders of higher spin
We study the entanglement spectrum of Heisenberg spin ladders of arbitrary spin length S in the perturbative regime of strong rung coupling. For isotropic spin coupling the entanglement spectrum is,
Topological order in paired states of fermions in two-dimensions with breaking of parity and time-reversal symmetries
We numerically evaluate the entanglement spectrum (singular value decomposition of the wavefunction) of paired states of fermions in two dimensions that break parity and time-reversal symmetries,
