AIMS Selection of suitable surfactants for enhancing and stabilizing alpha-amylase of Geobacillus thermoleovorans. METHODS AND RESULTS Geobacillus thermoleovorans was cultivated in shake flasks containing 50 ml of starch-yeast extract-tryptone (SYT) medium with/without surfactants.
