    • The present study was devised to investigate the effect of ursolic acid and cerulenin combination on osteosarcoma with an aim to develop an effective treatment strategy. Inhibition of cell growth was observed by MTT assay while as SENP5 expression by quantitative PCR and western blotting analysis in U2OS osteosarcoma cell line and HOB cells.
