In this paper, we address the problem of spectrum sharing for LTE pico cells (PCs) networks with heterogeneous traffic loads. Distributed mechanisms are designed to steer the PCs in selecting the most suitable resources so that the overall throughput is maximized. The goal is to respond to the real traffic needs, while ensuring users fairness.
