ABSTRACT We constructed an oral live vaccine based on the attenuated aroA mutant Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium strain SL3261 expressing outer membrane proteins F and I (OprF-OprI) from Pseudomonas aeruginosa and investigated it in a mouse model.
