This paper describes how the Dual Node Network (DNN) architecture organizes and unifies applications layer software approaches to Data Fusion & Resource Management (DF&RM). Refinements of the Joint Directors Lab (JDL) Fusion Model levels and ‘dual’ RM process model levels are proposed to take advantage of their duality to bootstrap the less mature automated RM services.
