Abstract The high Air Change Rates (ACRs) required for cleanrooms makes them energy intensive. This research elaborates on three strategies for energy efficient ventilation in pharmaceutical cleanrooms: Fine-tuning, Demand Controlled Filtration (DCF), and optimizing airflow pattern.
