Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of a specific aortomonoiliac endograft and the durability of the femorofemoral bypass for treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Methods: From 2002 to 2004, 39 high-risk (ASA III/IV) patients (36 men; median age 74 years, range 63–84) with AAA (n=33) or AAA and common iliac artery aneurysm (n=6) were treated with an EndoFit aortomonoiliac endograft and femorofemoral crossover bypass. The contralateral iliac axis was obstructed with an…

Endovascular Treatment of Descending Thoracic Aortic Aneurysms with the EndoFit Stent-Graft
TLDR
The treatment of DTAAs using the EndoFit stent-graft is technically feasible and mid-term results in this series are promising.
Aortoduodenal Fistulas after Endovascular Stent-Graft Repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms: Single-Center Experience and Review of the Literature
TLDR
ADF is a rare but dangerous complication of EVAR that may be primarily attributed to graft infection, as seen in this series, however, the exact pathogenesis of the pathology remains largely unknown.
Repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms with aorto-uni-iliac stentgraft and femoro-femoral bypass.
TLDR
AUI with FFBP is a safe, effective and durable alternative in high-risk patients with AAAs where standard open repair is contraindicated and BFG repair is not possible owing to unfavourable aneurysm morphology.
Comparison of the Endurant Bifurcated Endograft vs. Aortouni-iliac Stent-Grafting in Patients With Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms: Experience From the ENGAGE Registry

TLDR
The results of endov vascular aneurysm repair with an Endurant AUI device appear similar to that after a bifurcated endovascular repair, with the exception of an increased length of hospital stay in the AUI group.

TLDR
There has been no report in the literature of hygroma, seroma, or late aneurysm expansion without endoleak in patients treated with the EndoFit stent-graft system, in which 2 layers of PTFE encapsulate the nitinol stents.

TLDR
Direct endoluminal repair of isolated CIA aneurysms with short proximal necks is feasible using this technique, and effectiveness and long-term results are to be confirmed by larger scale series over a long time period.

TLDR
The tubular EndoFit device appears both safe and effective in terms of midterm clinical outcome, especially when the trombone technique is utilized, and compares favorably with previously reported EVAR results.

Femorofemoral bypasses with AMI/F endografts for aneurysmal disease are durable procedures and have better patency than femor ofemoral grafts used to treat occlusive disease.
Aortomonoiliac Endovascular Grafting: Difficult Solutions to Difficult Aneurysms
TLDR
Aortomonoiliac endovascular aneurysm repair is effective in patients with AAAs involving the iliac arteries, but long-term efficacy must be addressed before this procedure is widely adopted.

TLDR
It is emphasized that endovascular repair provides good results and many benefits for most properly selected patients but is not as durable as standard open repair.
Midterm durability of abdominal aortic aneurysm endograft repair: a word of caution.
TLDR
The data suggest that the use of endograft repair for AAA is becoming safer as endografted design improves, and in 26.6% of the patients, there is need for reintervention within midterm follow-up.
Endovascular Repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms Using 3 Commercially Available Devices: Midterm Results
TLDR
The Ancure device has slightly higher overall perioperative complications and early technical failure than AneuRx or Excluder; the overall midterm survival rates, freedom of endoleak, and limb patency are somewhat similar.
