A forward-viewing fiberscope equipped with two channels was designed for safer and easier gastric polypectomy under endoscopic control using electro-surgical technique. No electrical accident, bleeding, perforation or significant complications were noticed. Mucosal ulcerations at the polypectomy site healed within a month leaving minor scars behind.
