To the Editor:—I read with interest the article by Beltrán et al, “Endoscopic visualization of anatomic structures as a support tool in oral surgery and implantology,” published in a recent issue. From the world of endodontic surgery, there is clear evidence that the success rate of surgically endodontictreated teeth performed with a dental microscope is twice as high compared with similar cases treated traditionally without magnification.
